Given that my students come from low income homes, troubled homes, and the district provides little to no resources for teachers to utilize in the classroom, these materials will help every one of my students succeed! Every student learns differently and, thus, students need a plethora of manipulatives to aid in their success in and out of the classroom! Students will be able to utilize the headphones to listen to math tutoring videos, vocabulary videos, and even create their own vocabulary videos. For the students needing oral administration on assignments and/or tests, these headphones will help them take their assessments at their own pace by listening to the recordings with no distractions. For my students struggling with the English language, the bilingual dictionaries will help with their every day needs to succeed with their comprehension. Because I've made it a mission to provide and safe and fun environment to all my students, I want to be able to have games available to them to help them master every math skill! These games will allow them to have fun while learning and mastering math! And lastly, it is common that everyone makes mistakes; that is why there is an eraser in every pencil. And you can't do math without one! So, as I kindly provide all supplies to these students, a pencil sharpener is what will keep these students going.
