My students will use the drums in their lessons. Without drums, we would have to continue to use buckets. The drums will give them pride in the efforts they are putting towards how to play. We have secured numerous volunteers that are anxious to teach our students 5- 17 how to play the drums and also how to read write music. Our long term goal is have my students introduced to at least 6 new instruments in the next 2 years. Our students will learn the basics of forming a marching drum line, and obtain the skills of playing different instruments. Thank you for giving us a head start on our dreams and goals.
