I recently graduated and have begun my first teaching job. I am in a fourth grade classroom with a group of students who love to read. However, I am not able to provide everyone with the book they desire in my library, but am able to give them time on the website Epic. Epic gives them the opportunity to search for books that interest them. It also gives the opportunity for books to be read to them for those who prefer that. These headphones would give the students the ability to listen to stories being read aloud to them. For some students this is a better strategy to use to help them learn to love books and the adventures they can create.
