A picnic table will help with communication skills. Students and teachers can sit together in small groups to have face to face conversations with each other. A table placed near our school garden will allow students to draw and reflect on what they see happening in nature. They can then share their reflections with those sitting around the table. How nice would it be to have conversations face to face while enjoying nature? This table not only is a great place to join together, but it will also provide comfort and require students to be responsible for keeping the space clean.

About my class
