All students learn in many different ways. I believe it is important for each child to be given hands-on, creative learning experiences each day. It is my goal to assemble STEM bins for students to use daily. These hands- on STEM bins would be used across curriculums to foster creativity and critical thinking in my students. The activities in these bins would also serve as a way for students to develop teamwork skills, as well as, positive relationships with their peers. STEM bins would also allow students to develop design and engineering skills at the first grade level and beyond.

About my class
