All of my students want to lead healthier life styles. We will be learning all of the key elements of wellness. The students in this class have expressed interest in becoming more physically and mentally fit. They would like to learn new exercises and practices to help them improve their fitness and monitor their daily progress when it comes to not only physical fitness but also mental fitness as well. I would love to have the students practice yoga and stretching on a daily basis in the classroom then reflect and journal daily about their thoughts, feelings and overall wellness.

About my class
