My students are needing mice in our classroom to make it easier for them to navigate the reading programs on their Chromebooks. It is very difficult for small 3rd grade hands to use the mouse pad provided on the Chromebook. Each Chromebook would have a mouse for students to use daily during their reading intervention time. The reading programs the students use require them to scroll back and forth between the story and the questions. This is very difficult for young children to navigate without mice for each Chromebook. The use of the mice would put student's focus back on learning instead of on trying to navigate the programs.
