These materials will allow us to develop leaders through the teamwork concept. We will be able to divide our class into different teams using the colored vests. The leaders of each team will be able to clearly distinguish their teams from one another. Having clearly recognizable teams will ensure that each leader can clearly advise, lead and encourage their respective groups. We will use the vests and basketballs to play numerous team-oriented games that will require the use of functional and operational equipment. Our goal is to recognize, identify and develop leaders through team-oriented activities and that will allow our students to develop their leadership qualities.

About my class
