Flexible seating allows student to stay motivated to work in a way that is best for them. Students pick where they learn and who they are learning with. With your help, I can give my students the best chance to learn and grow. Young learners need movement and excitement to keep them engaged and focused. Sitting at a table or on the carpet for long periods of time is not ideal for a 5 year old. When given a choice of where to learn, I notice that my students work is completed more often due to less distractions. Wobble chairs will allow students who are particularly active to wiggle while working at a table. Having seat cushions and wobbly cushions will allow my students to pick a place in the classroom that works best for them. Kindergarten plays such a crucial role in a child's educational career. I want to make sure that all of my students get the chance to learn in an environment that works best for each child.
