We will be able to utilize the whiteboard during small group instruction. This will not only help students with extra practice but formative assessments as well. Students will be able to map their thinking on the spot and learn/see their thinking when solving a problem. The alphabet tiles are a sure way to get students engaged in their learning of phonics. Activites with both the table and tiles are sure to give them a learning experience they will never forget! We will learn the letters and their sounds. We will build words/sentences and practice writing them. We will practice blending sounds to read complete words and sentences. The possibilities can be endless.
