My students love to read! As a first year teacher building up my classroom library has been one of my goals. My students are allowed to check out books once a week from the school library and often times I have students who have already read their books before their next visit. Having a variety a books on hand for my students will ensure their passion for reading. The reading selections in this project has books that will interest all students in my classroom. They absolutely love independent reading time and donations to this project will give my students the opportunity to explore a lot of different books.
