Flexible seating will allow my students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. Currently my students have the opportunity to stand, sit, or lay on the floor as they work independently or in groups. Flexible seating, like these wobble stools and cushions and beanbag chairs, will allow my students to work comfortably as it is essential to their motivation. I have noticed amazing differences when my students are given a chance to choose their seating. They make better choices, are more engaged, and are more likely to complete their work without disrupting others around them. Flexible seating will allow all students to reach their maximum learning potential with one less barrier in their way.
