Talk about a learning opportunity that could last a lifetime! Living in Arizona, Pickleball is a very popular sport for all ages and is often played through retirement. Unfortunately, most of my students have never had the opportunity to play. We have the nets needed to play but are only missing the paddles. I would love the opportunity to introduce a new activity to my students to hopefully spark some interest. Through Pickleball, students will be able to improve their hand eye coordination which is an essential component of skill related fitness. I cannot wait to watch students step out of their comfort zone as I introduce them to this lifelong physical activity!
