Hi, my name is Coach Nutt. I am the High School boys basketball ball coach for BDPS. I have been coaching for four years. The boys in my program want to win and compete with the bigger schools. We don’t have the right equipment for training so the equipment that I have required will be a great start to improve our program. The items I have selected will also improve the skills of the younger kids as well. It is my goal to get more kids interested in playing sports outside of gym class. Part of my position as coach is to teach the kids the fundamentals of basketball. It will be easier for me to teach the kids if I had more or better equipment for teaching them. I just want to say thank for all you do and all the children you help with this program. With the equipment that I have requested it will help my players learn how to shoot better. So they can be more competitive in basketball games. One of the other peace’s will help them with there ball handling skills. Not only will the equipment help my high school players but it will help the elementary kids that I also work with. My goal it to keep our basketball program moving in a positive Direction.
