There are many times that teenagers are lost and need guidance, and I believe that using this book as a guide can help them succeed in their goals, while making sure that they maintain their emotional health. I am excited to have the opportunity to read this book with my students and emphasize the importance of balance in their lives. Not only is AVID about preparing yourself for life in college through an academic focus, but it is also about what person you can become on the path to college and beyond.
