These materials will help provide specific lessons on social and life skills. Many of these students need specific lessons in social skills to help them fit into society. These lessons provide the opportunity to practice many basic skills that others pick up through observation of their families and peers. Providing detailed information to help them become more independent once they finish high school and move into their post secondary life. The products I have chosen provide a scope and sequence and intentional lessons to a specific topic. Currently, we have no curriculum that addresses these issues and have to create our own lessons.
