A 3D printer used to be something out of science fiction. Now, we have the ability to dream something up and build it with a machine. Our 5th graders are the most curious group I have ever seen. This is especially true with the addition of our two special needs children. It would be such a gift to be able to have all of our students create something tangible from their imagination. This would be especially meaningful and powerful for our two special needs children. One loves dragons more than any kid I've ever seen and the other would love to make her unicorn dreams into a reality.
