Many of our students miss out on reading grade level, interesting, and their choice of books during the school day. Classroom libraries are limited, as well as, resources especially technology. Students tend to avoid reading due to this problem. With these tablets, students will be able to listen to books they are working on in class and more especially listen to books they WANT to read! Through this project struggling readers will be able to improve their comprehension, accuracy, and fluency. Students will be able to be part of classroom discussions about what they are reading, recommend books to peers, and enjoy reading!

About my class
