With some current and engaging books in our classroom library, students will have a variety of book choices for their reading. My sixth-graders are challenged to read 25+ books during their school year, and it begins in our classroom each morning. Because the levels and interests of my readers varies greatly, a variety of novels is key. I love reading as many young adult books as possible, so I can connect my sixth-graders with books that match them. Current and captivating novels help engage readers at every level and reinvigorating our classroom library will be a great help with this!
