These magazines will enhance what is bring taught in the classroom and allow the students to make connections with current events happening around the world. Many of my students are struggling readers and the more reading we do the better readers they will become. Time for Kids magazines are written at a level the students can read and understand plus they are high interest so it makes them want to read them. The magazines will help the students increase their literacy skills! It is a win-win for the students. It helps them improve their reading skills while exposing them to things happening around the world.

About my class
