My adaptive PE students will be provided with the opportunity to improve their balance, hand-eye coordination, throwing skills, cardiovascular exercise. Students will love to practice their yoga moves on new personal yoga mats. Students will be excited to try ball drumming for cardio exercise using the exercise balls on a floor base. Students will enjoy throwing bean bags and scarves to practice their object control and hand-eye coordination skills. New colorful equipment will help excite and motivate the students to keep moving in the gym during class. The buckets will allow us to organize and store objects when they are not being used.
