The books for this project will be used to enhance the reading and social skills in the classroom- we read the books together and talk about each section's highlights. I can incorporated so many social communication aspects into a project like this! Literacy and the love of reading is so very difficult at this point in school. The learners choose to read very little of their free time. Exposing learners to this type literature that tells a story...the reading process can increase their literacy levels and at the same time make a point to show examples of kindness and acceptance.

About my class
