Wobble chairs benefit students with ADHD release energy while quietly continuing to work. Wobble chairs benefit all students who need to release a little energy while quietly working. Not only do wobble chairs help release energy, they can improve posture and muscle, which increases motor control, and increases blood flow, which increases brain function. These chairs would benefit all my students. I would use the chairs for my small groups or for certain students. Not all students like the chairs, and some of them do just fine in a regular classroom chair. But I would like to give a few of my students the option of these chairs.
