In our self-contained classroom, we have many students who like to wiggle and fidget. In ordinary classroom chairs, this is just not feasible without falling because the hard chairs do not offer the student to wiggle. If one of my students were to sit on an exercise ball type seat or wiggle seat, they will be able to get their wiggles out and concentrate at the same time! I also have a couple of students who cannot sit in a chair unassisted. With the blue chair set, the students can sit comfortably without the risk of falling because the arms of the chair are higher up for them. The room dividers will be used in helping keep my students focused. They will not be able to see what is going on around them and therefore, can focus on their work.
