This project will allow my class full of boys to learn to weave. This project will help them be creative! Weaving can be effortlessly intertwined with math, writing and social studies, which can be subjects that are difficult for my students. Weaving is an extra-tactile experience, so it very much appeals to the most kinesthetic and hands-on learner. Weaving helps develops fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, left to right focus, and increases focus and attention span. My students would be so excited to have these looming boards, needles, and loops to help grown our learning! Please help up get the supplies we need!
