Once my students are properly equipped with these headphones, they will be able to use them daily during tech time. In tech time we focus on learning basic and necessary skills in language and math. These include but not limited to letter knowledge, pronunciation, spelling, building site words, blending sounds, shapes, geometry, addition, subtraction, number knowledge, sequencing, and patterns. As children progress in their learning, they are challenged in the program we use called Pathfinder which records their scores and teachers are able to determine their growth. Being able to properly hear in a classroom where other students are also working on the program helps students focus on their tasks and learning.
