Preschoolers have a hard time sitting still. It's not in their development to sit for more than a few minutes. It's why I try to offer many different types of seating for my preschool students. If they have a choice in where they sit, the students tend to stay focused much longer. My students have never been to preschool and tend to move around during our morning meeting and circle. One of the ways we tend to help them is by having them move around and giving as many options as possible. The bean bag seats I chose will help the children focus.
