The use of Cuisenaire rods in my classroom will assist my students in learning foundational Math skills. These skills are essential for my students to be Mathematical learners and to succeed in and outside the classroom. The students in my class are Exceptional children and require manipulatives and hands on activities to be successful in academics. Cuisenaire rods would assist my students to understand math concepts better and fulfill their Mathematical potential. This would assist my students to understand the concepts and learn basic math facts to enhance their education.
