My students feel discouraged about learning and feel that they are not as smart as their peers. I want to break this thought pattern and encourage them to achieve their goals! I want them all to feel the love of learning and gain confidence in their skills through hands-on activities while closing the learning gap between them and their peers. They need fun, interactive activities to peek their interest, keep their focus, and therefore learn! My students require remediation and foundation skills support. I will incorporate these activities into our daily learning routines to break up some of the monotony of the harder concepts and seat work, and allow them to use other modalities to reinforce their skills. These games and multi-sensory teaching tools will actively engage the students and enhance the learning process.
