Student council at our school helps to provide students with leadership opportunities on campus. Through student council, students get the opportunity to participate in service learning projects that will benefit our school and community. Our candy gram drive gives students the chance to process candy gram orders, deliver to students on campus, and develop organizational skills. The donations to this project will ensure that our student council can continue at our school. Students have benefited greatly from participating in student council, and the relationships with the community that are developed through this program. Student council helps students build confidence in themselves and the skills necessary to be a successful student and community member.

About my class
