All of my students are currently learning from home. They love learning through engaging and visually stimulating online materials. Many of them require visual supports in order to help them understand what they are learning. Through adapted lessons incorporating the visual supports they need in formats that support distance learning, my students will have access to the instruction they deserve. They will be able to read digital books and engage in companion lessons and virtual games through google slides, powerpoint, and boom cards. Many of my students are non-verbal and have communication devices that they and their families are still learning how to use. They will have access to resources that will assist them in training them how to use their devices in functional and meaningful ways, improving their overall quality of life!
