In this day and age of technology and accessibility, students really need a way to become more involved in their learning. While we do have Google Classroom, a projector in the classroom would make a world of difference to those students who would do better when the information is delivered to the class as a whole rather than to each individual. Students find it difficult to concentrate when each student is at a different pace, and some students are waiting on others to catch up, while other students need that couple of extra minutes. With a projector in the room, students can follow along as a whole. My students need a cohesive way in the classroom to learn, and a projector would be a great way to allow the students (special education and general education) to learn together rather than as individuals. While learning as individuals are very important, bouncing ideas off each other, and working together to learn will not only make my job easier to teach a wide variety of students but bring students together.
