The camcorder for the classroom will become very useful. Not only will this allow students to actually SEE their growth, but it gives the opportunity for parents and other teachers to see as well. They can use this video to increase opportunities by having mock interviews. In the end they will be able to see what confidence in themselves looks like. During classes students put newly formed talents into action. With this particular model it is possible to "zoom" the mic in on the students. For the quiet and shy it gives the opportunity to see themselves in new ways.
