I am a facilitator and a molder of great minds. I believe that every child can learn and every child must.... but in order for me to impart knowledge to them I must first have the resources and skills to best provide that learning experience for them. I am an advocate for all lessons presented to my scholars be delivered in a fun and exciting way that will encourage them to be effective learners. And what better way to deliver a lesson to students? Demonstrating that using technology in research is essential which will inspire in them a thirst for learning with eagerness and enthusiasm. Learning is ongoing and evolving and having the tool that helps in researching and acquiring knowledge will be an excellent asset to my professional development as well as assist in further learning in the classroom. A tablet in the classroom will aid me in conducting quick researches. For example, during class there may be times when there is the need for referring to content that may be impromptu, or unfamiliar and with a tablet in hand, I can run a quick search, and present this information to class thus not delaying the proceedings of the class. A tablet will help me to grow significantly by allowing me to fully embrace the concept of online learning . In this digital age online learning is a sought after educational requirement and with a tablet in hand, I can search for varied topics which is part of students curriculum. When I learn my scholars excels , therefore "I do," then "we do" and finally "they do." Constant learning about online resources and apps that enables learning will allow me to acquire skills and technique to master a tool thus empowering me .
