These materials will be incredibly useful in my classroom. Calculators are necessary as my students begin to tackle more difficult math. These tools will help my students focus on the key components of real world math problems and alleviate any computational struggles. Chair fidget bands will help keep my students in their seats but allow them the movement they desire. With short class periods, it's not always possible for my students to take movement breaks, but if they can fidget while they learn, my instructional time increases. My students are ready to take the next step in their learning, and calculators and fidget bands would be well received. Thank you for your consideration.
