I want to teach and encourage my students to continue questioning what they learn in Science and seek a deeper understanding. I am asking for a wide variety of books covering many of the topics we learn about in our Science class. I have selected a large variety of books that I hope will pique the interest of each student. Some books are info-graphic for those who prefer charts and numbers, there are many graphic novel options, and then some are the standard informative texts. My hope is that I will be able to offer students an in-class option to research our Science topics even further. I would like to incorporate this research library into each of our Units and have an individual research project using a source other than the textbook. These Science books I have chosen will be a great addition to our classroom and I'm so grateful for any help in providing these for my students!
