Students, especially students with learning disabilities, have a difficult try sitting still and focusing. Given students a variety of seating options not only keeps them engaged, it also helps maintain their focus. Student are often stuck in hard chairs and desks that make it difficult to focus. Allowing students the opportunity to change their seating, at the same time giving them physical activity makes the classroom a enjoyable, welcoming place for the students and the teacher. The classroom is an inviting place. A place were learning and growth can occur. When students are given choices, within limits, the opportunities for growth can be endless!

About my class
