The Flocabulary program will help my students with the awareness of grade-level words. The more words they know the better comprehension they will have across the curriculum. It will also improve their writing skills. In my classroom (both resource and co-teaching) we will learn vocabulary words set to a learning style that most kids love- music! This multi- sensory approach will increase reading levels and help my students become more detailed in their writing. Often times students with low reading abilities don't get the exposure of higher-level vocabulary. This program gives them that along with a multi-sensory way to learn.
