These LEGOs Sets will allow my students to visualize and build stories and scripts they have written, bringing their imagination to life! Moreover, they will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of story structure, elements of a plot, etc. They will also be reading the procedural text to learn how to make a stop motion movie of their stories. They will then apply this knowledge to make their movie. Additionally, students will use these LEGOs Sets to practice and exhibit knowledge of other ELAR concepts like sentence structure, prefixes/suffixes, compare/contrast, and literary genres just to name a few! The possibilities for educational application are endless!
