All students want to feel confident in what they wear. With your help, my students will have the self esteem boost they need at this year's Special Olympics by wearing matching personalized t-shirts with their middle school peer buddies. This event is specially designed for students like mine to compete and be challenged in athletic events catered to their specific needs. These shirts will feature a bold and powerful quote that shows the impact of the accomplishments these students make everyday. "No challenge too big, no victory too small." These t-shirts will help make a lasting statement for both the elementary and middle school aged students attending the event. Kindergarten through fifth grade special education students will be competing. Middle school peer buddies will graciously volunteer help with the elementary athletes for physical, social, and emotional support. Let's go for the gold!
