The majority of my students are non verbal which means they need more hands on experiences to be able to show me what they know. The materials we hope to purchase will not only give my students a voice to express their knowledge but it will also help them learn the content of the curriculum with the use of visuals and interactive experiences. It is a struggle for them to learn without having objects to see, touch, and experience. In order for them to fully understand math and science content they need to have objects that go along with our lessons.
