I am looking to increase my teaching toolkit by attending a professional development conference put on by many different educators from around the country. This two-day event will showcase current researched based strategies that will take my classroom engagement to the next level. I am looking forward to learning from many of the presenters, specifically Gerry Brooks and his perspective on enhancing school climate. I would love to bring his ideas to our entire staff and build on our positive school wide foundation. Learning from the Teach Your Heart Out presenters will enable me to gain insight on their best practices and the teacher successes will help me in my journey to becoming a better teacher for all my students. Help me attend this two-day conference so I may continue to share the joy of learning with my colleagues and students!
