I am currently a first grade teacher. Our school is located in Southern California and is ethnically and socioeconomically diverse. Our students start their academic journey in Pre-K and culminate in fifth grade. My students are an energetic, intelligent and curious group. Their enthusiasm for learning and life is contagious. Teaching them is exhausting, but exciting and fun every day.
