Items will be sent home with students to enhance virtual learning and active participation. This will allow them to experience hands-on-learning with their family under my guidance. These materials not only allow my students to construct their own models for abstract mathematical and scientific ideas, they also provide a common language with which to communicate their understanding to me, their teacher. Currently, science experiments are observed through videos and math problems by counting pictures on the computer. With your help, my students will learn with materials they can feel and move.
