As my students work at different levels and have unique needs and challenges, we often work in small groups. However, all of my students are very easily distracted. A door opening, talking, a change in another student's position, can draw them away from their work and make engagement and retention much more difficult. My students' challenges include difficulty with staying on task, remembering and learning. Even small noises in the classroom disrupt their learning. The flexible divider will enable us to work in small groups within the classroom and also enable students to work independently. Having the ability to easily roll the divider, move it as needed, and shape it according to our diverse and changing needs make it ideal for our classroom.
