These alternative seating materials will provide my students with significant disabilities the chance to build their core via the stability ball seating. These chairs also provide the opportunity for my 9 boys to bounce while they sit which helps them receive the sensory input they require in order to focus on work. The chairs will help our boys retain instruction and information better. The chairs will be in our teacher table area for direct instruction as well as our community table where we due fun projects, improve social skills, teach eating and hygiene skills as well as provide sensory play.
