Students will collaborate with students from around the state to share ideas, techniques, and give support. They will also receive motivation from a guest speaker. The students have raised a good portion of the funds, but their time to do so is limited. Resources are stretched pretty thin in a small district like ours. Attending this conference may be the first time they have traveled beyond their home town. Students make connections, friends, and build a closer bond when traveling and attending this conference. They work very hard with their little students, and this conference provides them with recognition for their hard work.
