The books will provide examples of how different cultures pronounce and write words in their native language, express their feelings about various aspects of life, and depict objects through drawings in the book. This will enable the childern to gain an appreciation for the rich diversity of the world's cultures and help them learn to respect differences between their own culture and others. The language books will also provide the opportunity for parents of the children to read to their child and to the entire class in their native language and add interesting examples based on their own life experiences and background.

About my class
