I teach nine amazing students that have been identified as having autism. I have seven boys and two girls ranging from three to five years old. They each are unique and have a variety of abilities. Their current interests include: pretending to be Spiderman, painting, playing with trains, playing games, and singing our favorite song "Letter Sounds." The goal of my classroom is teach them skills that allow them to be as independent as possible and to ultimately be productive members of society. Our school is a Title One school and has a free and reduced lunch population of 55%.
