The students in our school are currently being required to spend time each week on i-Ready, an individualized reading, and math computer program. The problem is, when there are 25-30 students using computers without headphones in one room, it can get very loud. Students become distracted, frustrated, and cannot work to the best of their ability. By donating to this project, you will be helping the students stay focused and on task when working on i-Ready which will ultimately improve their academics in both reading and math. Most of the sets of headphones the school has now are broken, and we do not have enough to supply the students for when they are working on computers. We are in need of new, good quality headphones. The technology teacher has had a few pairs of Kensington headphones in the computer lab for about 10 years now that students still use! By helping fund this project, you will be helping students in our school for many years to come.
